While most have run their Spring Marathons we keep moving over summer. Distances will be around 10-13 miles and will focus on running nice routes rather than worrying about progressively longer runs. So one week we might run 12 miles, the next 11 and the following 13. Get the idea?
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
All abilities welcome, yet you should be able to run 10min/mi for 6miles without stopping. Note: the runs will be longer.
ABOUT THE RUNS
The runs are FREE. Meet SUN, 11am at the London Marathon Store 26ers, just off Liverpool Street.
Please come well fuelled and hydrated. An early night on Saturday is recommended – this isn’t the run to come to with a hangover. We will be returning to the store. Changing rooms, secure lockers and showers are available. Bikes need to get locked outside as there isn’t a bike safe storage within the facility. We usually go for a drink and a pub lunch after, if you fancy hanging out with us.
As always you’ll get full guidance from James and Claudi on any of our runs. This applies to anyone regardless if you have training plan or just come along to build your fitness. Any questions? Drop us a line.
