#Fallinlove with… Cross Training
Some days I wake up and my legs don’t want to work. Maybe it was that big run I did on Saturday. Perhaps it was that extra glass of wine I had last night. Either way, they’re tired and sore and they don’t want to know. Sound familiar?
Today’s challenge is to #fallinlove with Cross Training. So, go for a swim, knock out a few miles on the bike or do a gym class. Cross training is a great way to boost your fitness in a low impact environment. Whatever it is, give your legs a break from the pounding.
