We’ll admit that some days we lack the motivation to run. On these days we reach for our iPods and headphones and stick on some pumping music. It’s amazing how the baseline from a favourite song or old house anthem can revitalise weary legs.
For today, we are challenging you to run with tunes. It doesn’t have to be far but listen to something that motivates you and see how that affects your run. As usual, take a photo or just tell us about what you listened to and how it changed your run.
Note: please exercise caution when running with headphones. Blocking out noise can make you vulnerable so please don’t run with headphones if there is any chance you will put yourself in danger.
