If you are anything like us, there are never enough hours in the day. We always seem to be over-committed and struggling to fit in everything we need to do. Run Commuting can be an excellent way of fitting in a run, saving money and getting fit.
Today, we challenge you to run some or all of your commute to work. Park the car slightly further away from the office, hop off the train/tube a few stops early and run to/ from work. It does take a bit of planning but you’ll be surprised how good you’ll feel after.
